Greetings from the Jazz Workshop,

We wanted to let you know about an event being sponsored by our friends at the Tennessee Jazz & Blues Society Sunday August 7. The next Concert on the Lawn at the Belle Meade Plantation features the great trumpeter and NJW faculty member Rod McGaha. With Rod will be:
Chester Thompson, drums
Jerry Navarro, bass
Kelli Cox, piano
Gates open at 5 pm and the concert begins at 6 pm. Admission is $15($10 TJBS members, $5 students), and people are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, picnic baskets, etc. (Note the new location on the rear lawn) for more information visit www.jazzblues.org
