Car break-in's--Monday, July 4

This morning (07/04/05) Terry Coggins’ truck was broken into on 4th Ave., North. Terry is Bill Gould’s next-door neighbor. Shattered window and stereo stolen. Significant damage. Three other cars on 4th Avenue, North were also broken into. Police awoke Terry this morning to tell him the bad news. Police dusted all cars for fingerprints. This recent property crime activity correlates with other auto break-ins that have occurred in the # 202 alley running between Van Buren and the Germantown Café’. All neighbors in the # 202 alley and along 4th Avenue North are strongly encouraged to report any suspicious activity to Metro Police.
