Phone Directory Recycling Day: July 22nd

Public Works & Bellsouth are sponsoring a "Real Yellow Page Phone Directory Recycling Day" at all their community drop-off sites on Saturday, July 22nd. There will be prizes given to persons/groups who bring in the most yellow page books that day. Public Works is also celebrating the grand opening of the new Dupont-Hadley site in Old Hickory on that day, too. Bellsouth has started delivering new 07 directories and we want to keep the old ones out of the landfill, so bring those old ones to Metro's drop-offs that Saturday.
The five Metro drop-off sites participating in “Telephone Book Recycling Day” are:

• Hillsboro High School on Hillmont Drive in Green Hills
• MTA Park & Ride Lot at Highway 70 and Coley Davis Road in Bellevue
• Joelton Middle School, 3500 Old Clarksville Highway, Joelton
• Granbery Elementary School, 5501 Hill Road, Brentwood
• Dupont-Hadley Middle School, 1901 Old Hickory Blvd, Old Hickory
