House for Sale (Soon): 1328 5th Ave

Martha Irwin wrote to let us know that her home at 1328 5th Ave will be going up for sale soon and wanted to give us a preview:

The house is very cute and a great alternative to a condo, as there is a fenced yard. We are asking $209,000. It is 2 big bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom, a big living room that has a fireplace and opens into a gourmet kitchen. We put a new roof on it 6 mos. ago, it has a paved back patio, is entirely fenced and is painted in designer colors. We are willing to include all appliances (washer/dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher) and would be willing to make a deal for the bbq grill and patio furniture. I'm so upset to leave and we hope that the next buyer loves it as much as we have!!
