Add'l details of the theft at 4th Avenue North by Ron & Marcia Westphal

This past week two vehicles have been broken into and sound systems stolen on our block. Tonight the house across from us on 1400 block of 4th Ave N was broken into. We heard them and called the police. About six cruisers were here immediately, capturing one of the culprits right away. The other one is still at large, but they are looking for him with the K-9's. Fortunately, the woman who lived there had just moved out, so no one was there but the bad guys. Chances are, they knew that, too.
